Services and Fees

Our fee for a single family residential appraisal within our normal service area is typically around $350.00-$450.00, but may vary depending on many factors. These include, among other things, the purpose and function of the appraisal, intended users, scope of work requirements, type and form of reporting, delivery requirements, and level of complexity of the appraisal assignment. Please contact me for a preliminary assessment of your needs, in order to provide a more precise estimate of the appraisal fee.

Fees are due and payable at the time of property inspection.
